Notice of Regulation CC Funds Availability Changes

Effective July 1, 2025, the dollar amounts used to determine funds availability under Regulation CC (Availability of Funds and Collection of Checks) have been adjusted for inflation, as required by federal law.

These changes impact the amount of funds that must be made available for withdrawal according to the timing requirements outlined in our policy: Your Ability to Withdraw Funds.

Key changes include:

• • • The amount available for next-business-day availability has increased from $225 to $275.
    • The threshold for large deposits, new accounts, and repeated overdrafts has increased from $5,525 to $6,725.
    • The amount available for cash withdrawal on certain deposits has increased from $450 to $550.

We have updated our policies and disclosures to reflect these changes. These adjustments may result in faster access to a portion of your deposited funds.
