Lost or Stolen Card

If you have lost your City of Boston Credit Union MasterCard™ Debit Card or ATM Card, contact member service. We’ll put a hold on your account and issue you a new card.

You can also immediately deactivate your card online and via the Mobile App. Log into Online Banking, go to the Service Center tab, and click on the Deactivate/Reactivate My Card feature under Electronic Services.
