Call 888-833-5589 to access your account, check balances, and make transactions any time of day.
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Your account number.
- The last four digits of the primary account holder’s Social Security Number.
When logging in for the first time you’ll be asked to create a new PIN code.
Get documents notarized free of charge at any branch location.
Prior to visiting, please call to confirm that an authorized notary staff member will be on hand, and bring a photo ID.
Turn loose change into bills at our Canton, Dorchester, Johnston, South Boston, and West Roxbury locations.
Coin machines are free for Members. (Non-members will be charged 25% of the total coins counted.) Machines do not accept half dollar and dollar coins. Receipts must be redeemed the same day coin is counted.
